WASHINGTON — Military health care spending is rising twice as fast as the nation's overall health care costs, consuming a larger chunk of the defense budget as the Pentagon struggles to pay for two wars, military budget figures show.
It was reported yesterday in the Army Times that Obama has picked Jonathan Woodson to succeed Ward Cascells as DoD Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. Woodson was described as associate professor of surgery and associate dean at Boston University School of Medicine as well.
Army doctor Lt. Col. Terry Lakin believes Obama does not meet the constitutional requirements to be president and commander-in-chief, because he believes (incorrectly) that Obama wasn't born in the United States.
